Therapy That Matches Your Pace
You have built a career, a reputation, and a life that looks successful from the outside. But internally, something is not lining up. Maybe it is the relationship strain that keeps getting worse. Maybe it is the burnout you keep pushing through. Maybe you are a new father trying to figure out how to be present at home without losing momentum at work.
These are not problems you can think your way out of. They require a different kind of attention.
How I Work
I use a 10-session treatment planning framework. We set clear goals in the first session, check in at sessions 4, 7, and 10, and decide together whether to extend, shift focus, or wrap up. This keeps therapy structured and results-oriented.
My approach is Existential-Integrative. I draw from Gestalt, ACT, IFS, and somatic work depending on what will be most effective for you. The focus is always on the patterns that keep showing up in your work, your relationships, and your sense of self.
