How I Work

I use a 10-session treatment planning framework. We set clear goals in the first session, check in at sessions 4, 7, and 10, and decide together whether to extend, shift focus, or wrap up. This keeps therapy structured and results-oriented.

My approach is Existential-Integrative. I draw from Gestalt, ACT, IFS, and somatic work depending on what will be most effective for you. The focus is always on the patterns that keep showing up in your work, your relationships, and your sense of self.

The specific focus depends on what you bring in. Common themes with my clients include burnout and stress that do not respond to surface-level fixes, relationship strain that is connected to work patterns, identity questions around what success actually means to you, the transition into fatherhood, and the tension between career and presence, and anxiety or depression that has been building underneath high performance.

This is not open-ended talk therapy. Every session has a purpose. I will be direct with you, name patterns when I see them, and push when you are avoiding something important.
