Clinical Background
I have been practicing therapy since graduate school and have worked across a range of settings, including community mental health, nonprofit organizations, school-based programs, and private practice. That breadth of experience shaped how I work today. It taught me how to be effective with limited time, how to build treatment plans that actually produce results, and how to work with people from very different backgrounds and circumstances.
My clinical foundation is in Existential-Integrative therapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy. These are the frameworks I keep coming back to because they address both the surface-level symptoms and the deeper questions about meaning, identity, and purpose that my clients are actually sitting with.
Beyond my own caseload, I founded and run Silicon Valley Therapy, a group practice in Los Gatos focused on providing outcome-driven, premium therapy for high-performing professionals. Building and scaling that practice has given me a firsthand understanding of what it means to lead, make hard decisions, and hold the tension between growth and sustainability.
