What Makes My Approach Different
I do not follow a one-size-fits-all model. Every client I work with gets a treatment plan built around their specific goals, values, and the way they operate in the world.
My framework is Existential-Integrative, which means I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, including Gestalt, ACT, IFS, and somatic work, depending on what will be most effective for you. This is not eclectic for the sake of being eclectic. It is the intentional selection of the tools that match the work you need to do.
I use a structured 10-session treatment planning framework. We set clear goals early, check in at regular intervals, and make decisions together about whether to extend, shift focus, or wrap up. This keeps our work accountable and results-oriented without being rigid.
Between check-ins, each session is yours to bring what matters most that week. I trust that you know what needs attention. My job is to hold the structure, notice patterns, and push when you are avoiding something important.
