Psychedelic Integration Coaching

Making Sense of What Came Up

A psychedelic experience can surface powerful emotions, memories, and insights. But the experience itself is only the beginning. Without intentional integration, those insights fade, and the opportunity for real change is lost.

For the founders and executives I work with, integration is where the real value lives. You went through something significant. Now the question is: how does what you learned change the way you lead, the way you show up in your relationships, and the way you make decisions about your life?

What Integration Coaching Addresses

Processing and making sense of what you experienced. Understanding the emotions, memories, or patterns that surfaced. Translating insights into concrete changes in how you show up at work, in relationships, and in your daily life. Working through difficult or confusing experiences that left you feeling unsettled. Maintaining the perspective shifts you gained rather than letting them fade. Setting clear goals for what you want to do differently going forward.

Who This Is For

You are a high-performing professional who has had a psychedelic experience and wants clinical support in processing what came up and applying it to your leadership, relationships, and daily life. You are preparing for an upcoming experience and want to approach it with the same intention and structure you bring to your professional work. You had a difficult or confusing experience and are feeling unsettled, anxious, or disoriented. You gained powerful insights but are struggling to translate them into concrete changes. You want a structured, confidential space to explore this work with a trained professional who understands your world.

How It Works

We work through 1-on-1 sessions tailored to where you are in the process.

Preparation: If you are approaching an upcoming experience, we focus on clarifying your intentions, understanding what to expect, and building the mindset to engage fully. This is not about the logistics of the substance. It is about your psychological readiness.

Integration: After an experience, we unpack what came up. We process the emotions, insights, and shifts in perspective, and we build a plan for applying them to your work, relationships, and daily life. This is where the real transformation happens.

The number of sessions depends on your needs. Some clients come in for a few focused sessions around a single experience. Others engage in ongoing work as they continue to explore this space.
